We need a Lead Coordinator, a Tech/IT Lead, a Legal Co-Founder, a Finance Co-Founder, and a Marketing Co-Founder.
15 hours a week. You keep your job, your Universal Credit, or your studies. If we secure our founding grant at the end of six months, you become a full-time, salaried Executive Director of EmergIT.

The full Emergit graduate programme opens Autumn 2026. If you have a degree, a business idea, and the drive to build it—this is what we are building towards.
Every graduate we support receives a £5,000 grant, a genuine co-founder relationship, AI tools, structured milestone support, and access to a community of people doing exactly the same thing.
No experience required. No polished pitch deck. Just a real idea and the willingness to build it.
